Do I need an account? No. Ember has no sign-up, no login, and no ads.
Where do the lessons come from? 200 classic books, research papers, interviews, and talks are bundled inside the app. Everything works offline.
How does the narration work? Lessons are read aloud by your device's built-in, on-device text-to-speech voices. You can pick any installed voice and adjust speed in Profile → Narration.
Where is my progress stored? On your device only — plans, streaks, notes, and settings live in local app storage and are never uploaded.
Can I reset everything? Profile → scroll to the bottom → Reset. This erases local progress permanently.

No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs are included in the app.

No network connection is used at runtime — all 200 sources ship inside the app bundle.
